Scope
These terms cover the use of the COD FATHER website and the orders you place with us by phone. The trader is Cod Father OOD — its details are in the card above. By ordering, you accept these terms.
The site and the menu
- The site shows the restaurant’s menu, prices and weekly lunch. We keep them up to date, but the menu and prices can change. What binds us is the content and price we confirm when you order.
- Dish photos are for illustration — the dish served may look different.
- The lunch menu is offered on the days and hours shown and while it lasts. A dish that has run out is marked "Sold out".
How to order
The basket on the site is a list for your convenience — it sends no order. To order, call us.
An order is accepted when we confirm it on the phone. When we confirm, we tell you the dishes, the final price and when the order will be ready to collect. If a dish has run out, we will tell you.
Pickup
Orders are collected from the counter in the restaurant — at the address in the card above, at the time we confirmed. We do not deliver.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and final — VAT included. Payment options are given when we confirm, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
Allergens
Every dish on the menu lists its allergens. The list and what each one covers — see Allergens. If you have an allergy, tell us when you order.
Right of withdrawal
An order by phone is a distance contract, but the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it: the food is prepared to your order and spoils quickly (art. 57, points 3 and 4 of the Consumer Protection Act). If you want to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as you can.
Complaints
If something is wrong with your order — a dish is missing, it is not what you ordered, or something is wrong with the food — call us straight away, ideally before eating it, or write to the email in the card above.
You have the rights the law gives when goods do not conform to the contract: to ask for the dish to be replaced, for a lower price, or for your money back.
Copyright
The texts, photos, logo and design of the site belong to Cod Father OOD or are used with permission. Do not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to share links to the site.
Liability
We take care that the information on the site is correct and that the site works, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available without interruption. Links to other sites (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook) lead to content we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Personal data
How we handle your data for an order or an enquiry — see the privacy policy.
Disputes and governing law
Bulgarian law applies. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Consumer Protection Commission or ask for conciliation before its general conciliation committee in Sofia — free of charge and voluntary for both sides. You can also go to the competent Bulgarian court.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new text applies from the "Effective from" date at the top and does not affect orders confirmed before it.
