Allergens
How we show them
Under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, we declare the fourteen allergens listed in its Annex II. Every dish on the menu shows them before you order, and the menu’s filters can show only the dishes without gluten or without milk.
If you have an allergy
Tell us when you order by phone, or tell the staff before you order. We will tell you exactly what the dish contains.
Traces
All dishes are prepared in one kitchen where other allergens are handled too. So we cannot guarantee that a dish is free of traces of an allergen that is not in its recipe.
